- Complaints about installers: We connect you with installers but are not party to any contract between you and them. Installation complaints should be directed to the installer and, if unresolved, to MCS directly.
- BUS grant applications: Grant applications are handled by your MCS-certified installer through Ofgem. We cannot process applications or check their status.
- Emergency heating repairs: If your heating has broken down, contact a local heating engineer or your energy supplier's emergency line.
